Configure Internet Options and Edge Internet Explorer Compatibility
With the migration of ELS to Government on Commercial Cloud (GCC) platform, the Internet Options and Edge Internet Explorer compatibility in your Edge web browser needs to be updated.
  1. Type "Internet Options" in your Windows Search Bar.

  2. Double click "Internet Options" icon and open

  3. Click "Security" tab

  4. Click "Trusted Sites" zone

  5. Click "Sites"

  6. Enter https://app.sla.gov.sg under "Add this website to the zone:" Please do not delete or edit the old URL https://app1.sla.gov.sg

  7. Click "Add"

  8. The newly added https://app.sla.gov.sg will be shown under the "Websites" panel. Proceed to click "Close" to save the changes

  9. Click "OK" to close Internet Options box
 
To update Edge Internet Explorer compatibility.
  1. Open your Edge Browser and click the ". . . " at the top right corner

  2. Click on "Settings"

  3. Click on "Default Browser"

  4. Under "Allow sites to be reloaded in Internet Explorer (IE mode)" ensure the option is set to "Allow"

  5. Click "Add"

  6. Enter the following URL https://app.sla.gov.sg/starsELS/jsp/common/index.jsp and click "Add"
 
To ensure the changes are in effect, clear your Internet Explorer Cache, History and Temporary Internet Files, and then reload your Edge browser with the new ELS URL.
  1. Open Edge web browser and click ". . . " at the top right corner

  2. Click on "Settings"

  3. Click on "Privacy, search, and services"

  4. Under "Clear browsing data for Internet Explorer" click "Choose what to clear"

  5. Ensure "Cookies", "History" and "Temporary Internet Files" are checked (by default they will be)

  6. Click "Delete"

  7. Proceed to reload your Edge browser with the new ELS URL https://app.sla.gov.sg/starsELS and login
