Configure Java Security Exception Site List.
With the migration of ELS to Government on Commercial Cloud (GCC) platform, your Java Security Exception Site List needs to be updated.
When opening the new ELS website (https://app.sla.gov.sg/starsELS) and it is blocked by Java Security (see below image), please follow the
corresponding steps to remove the Java Security block.

  1. Open "Control Panel". You may type in "Control Panel" to find it in your Windows Search Bar

  2. Enter "Java" in the Control Panel's search bar

  3. Double click to open the Java Control Panel

  4. Click on "Security" tab

  5. Ensure "Enable Java content for browser and Web Start applications" is checked/ticked

  6. Click on "Edit Site List"

  7. Click on "Add"

  8. Enter https://app.sla.gov.sg and click "OK"

  9. The site will be displayed under your "Exception Site List". Click "OK" to save changes

  10. Reload the new ELS URL https://app.sla.gov.sg/starsELS in your Edge web browser and login using Netrust again.
