Dear Valued Stakeholders,

       In view of the recent spike in the number of Covid-19 community cases, effective 3 May 2021, the Land Titles Registry, SLA will temporarily close its counter in the Taxpayer and Business Service Centre at level 1 of Revenue House, until further notice.

2     Instruments can continue to be lodged electronically via ELS from Mondays to Fridays, 8.30 am 1 pm. The hardcopy of such instruments without title documents attached are to be submitted by drop-off into the existing designated boxes placed near the main entrance and at the drop-off/pick-up point of Revenue House.

3     For urgent submission of hardcopy instruments with title documents attached and/or urgent collection of title documents, please contact the following officers:

4     The requirement of submitting the hardcopy documents by the next working day from the date of electronic lodgment will continue to be waived.
