Configuration of Web Browser and Java settings for STARS e-Lodgment System Migration
1. In view of STARS e-Lodgment System's (ELS) migration to Government on Commercial Cloud (GCC) platform, the URL will be changed from https://app1.sla.gov.sg/starsELS to
https://app.sla.gov.sg/starsELS on 3 July 2023 (Monday) 8am.
2. Please update your bookmarks for ELS to the new URL by 3 July 2023 to ensure continued access to ELS.
3. You may wish to refer to the "Help" section's "Migration of ELS to GCC" tab under "Table of Contents" on the left hand side menu for detailed instructions to configure your web browser and Java settings.
4. After clicking the above link, select "Migration of ELS to GCC", there will be 2 guides, namely:
